Doesn't this look like a tree in bloom? But it's just heavy wet snow sticking to the branches.

My Big Fat Wet Snowstorm
We had lots of wet snow today. It sticks to things differently than the type of snow we get earlier in the winter. It also takes longer to build up on the roads, making it easier to drive. Tonight we are supposed to get up to a foot of snow! We are also supposed to have high winds.

After the Snowstorm
This is from January. I really like snow and I enjoy the winter. Sometimes it can be very challenging though! I have a lot of pairs of snowboots. I have to wade through uncleared snow a lot for my job. I carry a snowshovel and road salt in my car all winter.
This is next to an apartment building we manage. The footprints are from me and the National Grid (power company) worker going to check the meters. There was a problem getting the power turned on because someone had tampered with one of the meters in the past.

Cool old building on Salina Street, Syracuse
This is an old Italian food store, closed for a long time on the bottom and probably apartments on the top. This is one of my favorite buildings in Little Italy, I love the deorations on it and the faux balcony and the way it's so tall and thin, sandwiched between those two other buildings.
